Lemon water has a ton of healthy benefits, including Vitamin C, helping your liver and boosting your metabolism. We recommend keeping a pitcher of lemon water in your fridge with plenty of ice in it. That way, it’ll be easy to pour yourself a glass in the morning without having to slice up lemons. The first thing you put in your body every day should be water, so you might as well make it even healthier by adding lemons!


Try Body Weight Workouts


If lifting weights isn’t working for you, body weight workouts might be the perfect solution. It’s hard to injure yourself doing body weight workouts because you can’t make the mistake of lifting more than you can handle. Body weight workouts also involve compound movements — meaning you’re working multiple muscle groups and joints at once — which can often lead to faster results than you’d get if you were lifting weights and isolating muscle groups.


Spend 10 Minutes Meditating in the Morning


If you’re going to start meditating, we recommend doing it the morning. Not only is your mind most clear in the morning, but meditating in the morning also sets you up for success for the rest of your day.


In fact, any healthy choices that you make in the morning make you more likely to make healthy choices the rest of the day. Meditating in the morning means you’ll be more likely to shrug off stressful situations later on. Working out and eating a healthy breakfast in the morning means you’ll be more likely to keep your healthy diet going rather than ruin it by eating a greasy pizza for lunch.
